Who we are

Brew House is a bar and restaurant operated by Manrah Hospitality Works LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India (GSTIN 27ABZFM8909J1Z8), at Shop No 4, 76, Arenja Plaza Wing 1, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400614. These terms apply to this website and to the table services available by scanning the QR codes at our tables.

Our services

We serve food and beverages for consumption at our premises (dine-in). Our table QR lets you view the menu, request music, call staff and pay your bill. Orders are taken and confirmed by our staff.

Prices and billing

Prices are listed in Indian rupees and exclude applicable taxes, which are shown on your bill. Prices may change without notice; the price on your bill at the time of service applies. Your bill is issued by our billing system and is the record of what you owe.

Payments

You may pay our staff directly or pay online at your table. Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd. By paying online you also agree to Razorpay's terms. A payment is complete only when it is confirmed on screen and by our staff.

Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests of legal drinking age under the laws of Maharashtra. We may ask for proof of age and may refuse service at our discretion.

Conduct

We may refuse service or entry to anyone behaving in a way that is unsafe or disruptive to other guests or staff.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
