Who is responsible

Manrah Hospitality Works LLP, operator of Brew House, Shop No 4, 76, Arenja Plaza Wing 1, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400614, is responsible for personal data collected through this website and our table services. Contact: brewhouse.belapur@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Table visit: when you scan a table QR we note the table and time of your visit to run the table page.
• If you sign in (for example with Google): your name, email and the phone number you provide, to save your visits, payments and receipts.
• Payments: amount, time, and the payment reference and method returned by Razorpay. We do not receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank credentials.
• Bills: the items and totals on your bill from our billing system, so you can see your visit history.

How we use it

To serve you at your table, process and record payments, issue receipts, handle refunds and queries, and understand which guests visit and what they enjoy so we can improve. We do not sell your data and do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Who we share it with

Razorpay (payment processing); Bump, the table-service platform we use (Kern Platforms Pvt Ltd), which processes this data on our behalf; and authorities where required by law.

How long we keep it

Payment and billing records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law. Other data is kept while your account is active or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent. Write to brewhouse.belapur@gmail.com; we will respond within 30 days.
